Name: Dekata Seal (Move Seal)
History: The origins of the Dekata Seal have been debated as having been founded within each and every country. As each leader of every village came to realize, there would be such a time that documents and articles of extreme secret would need to be stored within a safe location, without the fear of compromised security. With this in mind, several sealists would set to work on creating a seal of uncompared strength and unbreakable prowess.
This would be called the Dekata Seal. So, the true origins would never be known as most villages would keep their seal in secret, so as to keep their seal an original of their own village of origin. But, creativity can only go so far for a seal. Without even knowing it, each group of sealists created the exact same seal, with only a slightly different form of execution.
It wasn't until the Kusakage and the Hokage spoke in private that they would learn of each other's seals used and realize they had only succeeded in creating a replica seal of each other. Dispute would set out among all leadership that they were the original creators, without revealing how to undo their seal, when everyone would eventually agree that the seal would have no true origin.
Ranking: S
Seal Stages: 2 Stages
Stage 1 - The inactive stage at which the seal rests. There are little to no efects that seal has at this point, as the seal cannot be placed on humans for fear of what it would do, as well as that the seal has no usefulness on a human
Stage 2 - This is the active stage, in that the seal will pull all materials, items, even to go so far as rooms, to the designated location that the seal would take them to. This is a security seal and the seal acts as such once security has been broken. After a failed attempt at opening the seal properly, or tampering with the contents the seal is sealed around, the seal will turn a blood red and immediately trigger a reverse-summon, moving all materials to a safe location.
Effects: Upon activation, all items, rooms and articles will be reverse-summoned to another location.
Drawbacks: ---
Seal Description: The seal is shaped similar to a clock, but instead of twelve numbers being on the different edges of the circle, there are just lines with circles in the center. The number of lines can vary, but the usual number of lines is 9 to 12.
The different lines, when the seal is placed, are to represent the different chakra lines that are pulled from the seal itself to around the items to be sealed, back to a different line along the other side of the seal.
Effect Description: The seal, when it is placed, has several chakra strings pulled from the surface of the seal to another line on the seal, the string surrounding all that the seal is to surround and protect from tampering.
A corresponding seal, in the same identical shape and fashion, is placed in the room that the seal is to be linked to, giving the security measures of the first seal the requirement of a place to reverse-summon the contents that are sealed.
Restrictions: Must be placed through roleplay, and must be done with three people, all having an S-Rank amount of chakra to spend on the seals and their placement.
Limit: Must be a Kage or have gained knowledge through roleplay of the seal to actually even know about it.
