.::Making Custom Jutsu::. Name: The name of your Jutsu, use this Online Translator to give your submission some flare. Ranking: The combined rank of the jutsu, from E to S, and the point requirement of the jutsu, from 1 to 20. As the point value increases, the complexity and power of the jutsu increase. This does not always mean the rank will increase, but rather the strength of the effects must be increased. Ranks are determined as follows: E - So simple you should be able to learn it right out of the academy. These are usually auxiliary jutsu and don't have a lot of direct combat value unless used in a unique way. D - These jutsu are a step up from E, never strong enough to kill, even after dozens of tough poundings, but they go into the levels of offensive attacks and high-speed motion. C - Effective in the right hands, these jutsu are typically simple defensive jutsu or more powerful direct attacks. B - Truly you are beginning to see the power of the higher ranked shinobi here. These jutsu constitute advanced defensive motions and jutsu, as well as special attacks and skills that few others can ever understand. A - Destruction and pain, two perfectly good words to describe these level of jutsu. Only true masters of the shinobi way can ever enter into these dangerous and powerful jutsu. S - At the weakest, a single one of these jutsu could kill almost anyone there is. At the strongest, a lone S ranked jutsu has the power to destroy an entire village and anything within half a mile. These are not only used sparingly, they consume so much chakra that they are usually the last thing someone does before dying. Range: State here what type of range the jutsu is capable of. Would you want a explosion within 2 feet of you? Or a simple baseball sized sphere of water to try and be shot 1K meters? Alright then, state one or more of the following for this section: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+). Then specify if required either in the description or limitation the exact ranges of the jutsu. Preparation: Everything you need to do before the jutsu activates. For most ninjutsu this will be handseals and the occasional special action, for genjutsu it would usually be eye contact or handseals, for taijutsu there is usually no preparation unless it is part of a combination attack. Description: An RP description of what happens when you use the jutsu, like, a giant fireball, or the frightening images from genjutsu. Taijutsu relies heavily on this and description needs to be clear to understand the motions of the body when doing taijutsu. Limitation: Limits, drawbacks, and anything required MUST go here. Basically any type of con or prerequisite for the jutsu being used must be listed in detail at this point. .::Making Custom Bloodlimits and Kekei Genkai::. Special on Clans and Bloodlimits: Clans and Bloodlimits are similar in many ways, they have restricted lists of secret jutsu, and some even restrict access to the clan.Name: The name of your Bloodlimit, don't forget to use the translator!! History: Give a decent history on the bloodlimit... please. Can't stress enough that a good history can drastically improve the role play value of a character in your bloodlimit. A good history also proves to us that the bloodlimit is well thought-out and there is some care for it. Without at least 4-5 paragraphs, it will NEVER be accepted. Family Attributes: The physical attributes of the family, possibly using special abilities and possibly not. This can also include special mental quirks or dispositions. Restrictions: The OOC and IC restrictions for being in the bloodlimit, like location, village, etc. Family Weapons: Weapons that the family uses exclusively or often. These can be anything, but special, weapons that have not been made must be passed in the weapon custom as well. Kekei Genkai Traits: The primary traits, bad and good, of the Bloodlimit. These are usually simple descriptions of a base jutsu that the limit revolves around and their affinities and weaknesses. Kekei Genkai Jutsu: The jutsu, Dou, Nin, Gen, Tai, or Sealing Jutsu that belong exclusively to the family. Usually, there is a primary skill or ability that the jutsu of the family revolve around and cannot work without it. Just add the full jutsu template into the submission. And for the love of all things Naruto, put the jutsu in a SECOND post. .::Making Custom Clans::. Special on Clans and Bloodlimits: Clans and Bloodlimits are similar in many ways, they have restricted lists of secret jutsu, and some even restrict access to the clan. However, deciding that you want a few jutsu that only your bloodlimit can use is selfish, and without a GOOD reason why it HAS TO BE A BLOODLIMIT, you will be asked to make it an open clan.Name: The name of your Clan, don't forget to use the online translator! History: Give a decent history on the clan... please. Can't stress enough that a good history can drastically improve the role play value of a character in your clan, or give good reasons for clan restrictions. A good history also proves to us that the clan is well thought-out and there is some care for it. Without at least 4-5 paragraphs, it will NEVER be accepted. Restrictions: The OOC and IC restrictions for being born into the clan or using the clan's jutsu, such as allegiance, village of the clan, etc. (Bear in mind that clans can be entered by those not born within, and the village that the clan resides in may not mean that entering the clan's trust requires you be in that village as well.) Clan Acceptance: What does it take an outsider to enter the clan? Save a clansman's life? Kill a man? Be creative, but remember, not being able to enter the clan reduces it's chances of acceptance. Clan Weapons: Weapons that the family uses exclusively or often. These can be anything, but special weapons that have not been made must be passed in the weapon custom as well. Clan Jutsu: The jutsu, Nin, Gen, Tai, or Sealing Jutsu that belong exclusively to the family. Usually, there is a primary skill or ability that the jutsu of the family revolve around and cannot work without it, other times, the jutsu revolve around a focus in an element or special aspect of nature or humanity. Just add the full jutsu template into the submission. Easy Template Name: History: Restrictions: Clan Acceptance: Clan Weapons: Clan Jutsu:

.::Making Custom Equipment, Weapons, Etc.::. Name: The name of your Weapon or Equipment, don't forget to use the translator! Ranking: Ranking a weapon is different from jutsu, since the actual integrity of the weapon is NEVER effected, and most of the time, weapons will never break each other. Instead, rank usually indicates the uniqueness of the weapon or equipment. Secondary weapons are almost always D ranked, most primary weapons are C ranked. Occasionally, main weapons can classify in the B level. The ranks A and S are typically reserved for weapons that are one of a kind, or belong to powerful canon characters, much like Momochi Zabuza's blade, or the Kusanagi. Description: A visual description of the weapon in detail. This does not include when jutsu are activated. Drawbacks: Any drawback wielding the weapon holds with it, such as immense size or clumsiness. Cost: The price of the weapon or equipment, be reasonable or it will be disallowed. Limit: The number of slots that the secondary weapon takes up, the weapon shops that the item can be purchased in, and any other specific requirements for having the item. .::Making Custom Seals::. Name: The name of your Seal, don't forget to use the translator! History: The grand origins of the seal in question, who invented it? Why? Even if it remains shrouded in mystery, you still have to give up the secret history of your technique. Without a history of at least 5 sentences, or a history of 15 sentences for more permanent seals, it will NOT be accepted. Ranking: The combined rank of the Seal, from C to S, and the point requirement of the Seal, from 1 to 30. As the point value increases, the complexity and power of the Seal increases. This does not always mean the rank will increase, but rather the strength of the effects must be increased. Ranks are determined as follows: C - Effective in the right hands, these seals are often non-permanent, and more often than not, they cannot be used in combat (one exception to this is the weapon sealer style, Tenten's style of choice).
B - Seals begin to reveal their amazing powers starting at this rank, and a few of them can be activated directly within combat. Those out of combat become more powerful, some can even be used to create dangerous traps.
A - The purely powerful out of combat Seals are known only as masterful at this rank. Even combat seals become forces to be reckoned with.
S - The most powerful skill a shinobi can create and use, the S ranked sealing techniques can cause the most unholy and twisted of effects when used out of combat, and are at such a level in combat that they are totally unmatched in effect and force. The most commonly known seal is the Dead Demon Consuming Technique, as well as its sister combination to direct the sealed soul into a living body.Seal Stages: The stages that the seals have, anywhere from 1 to 4 stages are acceptable, as long as the effects of the seals do not go over the top. This is where the effects on the user are placed on each stage. Effects: The effects of the seal in a nutshell, as well as other bonus effects that come with every stage of the seal. Drawbacks: The drawbacks of the seal in all of it's stages. Seal Description: The visual description of the seal in any stage. Effect Description: The visual effects of the seal in any stage. Restrictions: The item needs, blood needs, combat usability, and any other restrictions on the seal's use. Limit: The set-in-stone requirements to use this Seal. The point number in the rank of the Seal is one of these limits. Other Seals or prerequisites may be needed before one can learn or train into this Seal, like learning a simple element seal to learn a seal to create elemental effects. .::Do's and Don'ts of the Custom Board::. 1. No customs that can affect time-space in any way whatsoever. Such requests will be denied immediately. Please trust the staff to make any canon time-space abilities.
2. No customs that deal with immortality, not without extensive collaboration between yourself and an admin. Please trust the staff to make any canon immortality abilities.
3. No customs that deal with canon concepts. Such requests will be denied immediately. Please trust the staff to make any canon abilities unless you are provided the right to make such a custom from a staff member. Please record such allowances so your story can be verified later.
4. No copy techniques, if we see an identical technique, you get instantly denied. DON'T BE LAZY, LOOK THROUGH OUR INDEX!!
5. No modern weapons, which means guns and whatnot, but items such as comms devices, and the range-finding devices, are allowed. Only applies to weapons.
6. Nothing that deals with the scientific forces of the universe or periodic elements, such as potassium or carbon.
7. No Bleach style Zanpakuto, meaning, no greatswords or katana that have abilities innately within them. If a weapon such as that is to have jutsu, they must be jutsu that EVERYONE can use for that weapon. Such weapons will never rise past B rank unless in special circumstances.
8. No other weapons that have abilities in the way Bleach weapons do, as said before. Any jutsu for a weapon must be available for all that have that weapon. These weapons may, on occasion, go above B rank.
9. Absolutely no abilities that are exact copies of abilities from other manga/anime. You may indeed make said techniques, but they will have a Naruto-versed name, and have their effects meet our standards.
10. Any and all abilities that have specified effects that simply nullify other powers are not allowed, unless said abilities are canon, and, even then, they WILL be toned down to properly give everyone a chance against them. Example: Sharingan can see through genjutsu, but, genjutsu that effect the mind will still effect the Uchiha unless they use the Kai technique, or the associated Uchiha Special Technique.
